As usual warm welcome, excellent food and a very relaxing break. hope to be back soon.
hotel is ideally placed for both country or village walk. staff were very friendly and most helpful of any question asked.hotel is well up in the AA three star awarded . I really enjoyed my short stay and will happily return for holiday breaks
Superb location close to the golf course and all the village facilities and when look out the window the views of the sea and Horn Head are fantastic. All the staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming.
We liked the friendly, homely atmosphere. The staff you have are efficient, pleasant and helpful. We ate in the resturant and the bistro and were well fed and satisfied with the meals. It had been a few years since we last stayed in Arnolds but we both agreed that we would be more frequent visitors in the future.
Relaxed atmosphere and good food - reasonably priced
The hotel is comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly.. The bar meals and breakfast were very good. We did not try the A-La-Carte menu.
The bathrooms could use a refurbishment, our was rather tired.
The hotel staff, both in the reception and dining room, were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, particularly to my 8 year old daughter. Rooms were clean and comfortable, if not overly spacious.
Based on value for money, having spent the previous 2 nights in the 4 star Radisson Blu Hotel in Limavady and paid £105 and £120 for a family room, the cost of 120 Euros/ night was possibly a bit high for this 3 star hotel when comparing room size and hotel facilities available. On our first night, our first choices on the menu were not available which was disappointing, although the food we did eventually choose was well prepared and tasty.
The people at reception were excellent and very helpfu
Unmanaged trainee staff were used at front of house and this had a major effect on coordinated service levels. Food service was a battle to get what you asked for but it wss ok when your order was finally complete to your satisfaction.
The hotel is in a wonderful location and our room had a view of the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and although the rooms require some updating the ambience and cosiness more than made up for this.
Service in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was a bit slow however this would not put me off returning - it was a minor issue compared to the comfort and friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Staff friendly and helpfull. View across bay to Horn Head from front facing rooms.
helpful friendly staff, and location. also the fact that they supported local acts with regular live music. you could relax quietly or join in the craic on the same premises.
If people wish to find fault they will, we didn't wish to and we couldn,t. we booked for one night and stayed for two, that should say something.
Location and spacious/comfortable public areas
Warm and courteous welcome. Very pleasant staff and most obliging.Bedroom decor rather dated and dark, but comfortable enough. Bathroom could do also with update.
Dining room lacked atmosphere, but the food was good.
Excellent food & relaxed atmosphere, good music & company, great location
Bathrooms could do with modernising
very flexible - wife couldn't join me for 1st night and I got a complimentary dinner that night! Completely unexpected!
Had to miss breakfast to get to an early meeting (breakfast starts @ 8:15am). Coffee making facilities in room, however!
